By accessing or using SplitRight, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
SplitRight is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. The app is intended as a convenience tool for splitting bills and calculating tips. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
SplitRight is provided as a convenience tool only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that calculations are error-free. Eric Lewis is not liable for any financial decisions made based on results produced by the app.
SplitRight offers optional in-app purchases including Remove Ads, Theme Pack, and tip options. All purchases are final and processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
The free version of SplitRight displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version of the app you consent to the display of these advertisements. You may remove all ads permanently by purchasing the Remove Ads in-app purchase.
All content, design, graphics, and code within SplitRight are the intellectual property of Eric Lewis. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without express written permission.
SplitRight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eric Lewis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SplitRight.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
